- Discussing the characteristics of their organization, the position's responsibilities, background requirements and other specifics necessary to identify viable candidates. - Search and research within organizations that possess candidates who will satisfactorily fulfill the position. It has been our experience that the ideal candidates are not actively seeking employment and must be contacted directly.
- Screening potential candidates thoroughly on two levels; initially, as to their overall capabilities; then, as to the specific qualities required by our client.
- Presenting the top three to five candidates for our client's consideration.
- Assisting in the arrangement of interviews. Upon completion of secondary interviews, we assist in the structure of compensation arrangements and employment negotiation.
Time and Cost:
Our fees are industry competitive. We prefer to discuss each position separately and come to terms based on the nature of the assignment. After verbally committing to a fee, we put it in writing, along with our guarantee. In this way, we remain flexible by allowing fees to be discussed; however, to avoid any misunderstanding, an engagement letter is sent to confirm the verbal agreement.
