General Job Description:
Strong knowledge of the real estate industry required with banking, finance, debt and equity market experience a strong plus.
Knowledge of database and accounting computer application systems to supply the most accurate financial information is helpful. 5++ years experience in financial management with increasing responsibilities for multi-faceted direction and planning.
Excellent analytical, organizational and verbal/written communication skills required.
Strong interpersonal skills and a professional image needed in dealing with customers, interdepartmental and external representatives.
Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret information regarding land purchase contracts, escrow instructions, title reports, and related real estate purchase reports.
Familiarity with business entity documentation including partnership agreements, trust agreements, limited liability companies and escrow and title documents.
Skills/Education needed –
BS/BA in business administration, accounting or finance required with an advanced degree or MBA preferred.
CPA nice but not required. Proficiency in Windows applications, including Office, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook required.
