6382 Construction Accountant, South Bay area SoCal
Manage Construction Accounting and Asset Management. Work closely with Construction Director to manage and complete the loan draw package for our lender for our development projects.
Attend weekly OAC meetings via zoom for development projects.
Review general contractors’ draw packages for accuracy and completeness. Prepare monthly draw package for the lender.
Prepare equity draw package for JV partner.
Ensure all draw packages are accurate and complete.
5-10 years of experience working for a commercial real estate investment or development firm.
Job cost accounting experience/exposure.
Strong experience with QuickBooks Enterprise & an advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
