Job Description:

Grow market share by reaching established sales and service targets. Responsible for all branch operations including sales, service, shipping and receiving, warehouse management, inventory controls, and maintaining all branch quality to corporate standards while adhering to established policies, procedures, practices, and regulations.

Develop, implement and oversee branch and department budgets & P&L’s. Manage sales staff and marketing of a product.

Strategic planning, innovative, analytical and communication skills.

Proven managerial ability to include financial management, marketing experience and a solid understanding of sales and operations.

Develop staff and succession planning – including motivating employees by being a positive change agent. 


Superior customer service.

Knowledge of agriculture equipment, proven success with consultative sales approach, relationship building and account management, quantifiable history of meeting and exceeding sales goals, an outstanding track record of leading, others and influencing the decision and making a positive impact.

BS/BA preferred, minimum of 5 years’ experience in selling capital goods in an industrial environment.

5+ yrs. experience in a management capacity including budgeting and cost containment.

Travel – 25%, or as business deems necessary.
