General Job Description:
Growing company is looking for a candidate with a positive & friendly attitude and the ability communicate clearly with all levels of the company. Reporting into the Development Director.
Provide general administrative and clerical assistance including answering calls, mailing, filing, scanning, faxing, copying to server, and data entry.
Greet and assist onsite guest.
Manage company calendar, schedule & coordinate meetings, and employee events.
Purchasing and keeping inventory of office supplies and verifying receipt of supplies.
Responsibilities also may include running company errands to bank, post office and office supply store.

Must have hands on administrative support experience and able to prioritize projects. Must have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work independently and complete daily activities.
Duties may include assisting Partners, Directors, Project Managers and Project Engineers to prepare documents, reports and correspondence.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Salaried plus benefits.
