General Job Description:
Primary support to the CFO, Managing Director and Vice President in addition to providing firm wide assistance.
Management of professional calendars, including coordination and scheduling of meetings, including investment meetings. Manage compliance matters.
Manage calls, events, meals and travel. Email monitoring for general awareness of activities and necessary actions.
Update client database (Microsoft CRM) with meeting notes, contacts and other data points.
Oversee an Administrative Assistant.
General photocopying, scanning, typing, maintaining document retention system. Manage daily email, mail, phone calls.
Assist with the scheduling and preparation of meetings including photocopying and assembling board meeting materials, ordering food, logistics, etc.
Plan partner meeting, firm off-site, marketing and holiday events.
Arrange domestic and international travel, schedule trip meetings and prepare itineraries. Creation and formatting of documents, spreadsheets within
Microsoft Office Suite.
Complete travel and expense reports.
Greet guests upon arrival.
Maintains relationships with vendors and property management.
