Chief of Staff / Chief Operating Partner

Greater Palm Beach, Florida | Full-Time | Up to 50% Travel

This is not a typical executive role. The Chief Operating Partner serves as the operational right hand to an executive and leader who works worldwide. Working closely across business, travel, and high-stakes global engagements.

This person is a true partner  – someone who thinks fast, moves faster, and brings calm, precision, and zero ego to every environment they walk into.

Significant travel is required, including international engagements across the Middle East and beyond. This role demands someone who is equally at home in a high-pressure boardroom and on a long-haul flight with a full task list waiting on the other end.

What You Will Do

Manage and oversee day-to-day operations across business and personal engagements

Serve as a direct extension of the principal in meetings, communications, and decision-making

Coordinate complex international travel logistics, schedules, and itineraries

Represent the principal with professionalism and presence across all settings

Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and keep everything running seamlessly

Build and maintain relationships with high-level contacts, partners, and stakeholders

Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion at all times

Who You Are

  • An elite operator — calm under pressure, sharp on details, and always two steps ahead
  • Highly coachable with zero ego; you check your pride at the door and focus on outcomes
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to shift priorities on a dime without losing composure
  • Deeply aligned with personal development, growth mindset, and high-performance culture
  • Experienced in executive operations, chief of staff, or high-level personal assistant roles
  • Ivy League or top-tier university graduate strongly preferred
  • Impeccably professional in presentation and communication
  • Someone whose personal values align with the mission — this is more than a job

Who do you know?

Executive Recruiters, The Ankenbrandt GroupSo, you’ve been using the power of YES to reach out to people. That’s positive networking and it is key to finding a new job. It’s all about who you know. How many applications have you sent into companies with no response? Some people have sent 100’s. You must get in front of the hiring managers and LinkedIn is a great place to do that. How to find more people to connect to?

1. Research companies within a commutable radius of your home.

2. Find the hiring managers at those companies and send them a connect. Most people are nice and will accept a connection.

3. Follow up with a quick elevator pitch about you.

This may not always work, but it’s a quicker way to get in front of the Manager/Director/VP than going through their application process.
