This individual will likely already have deep contacts and relationships in the market (including brokers, landlords, and developers), leveraging to identify new on- and off-market leads on properties.
Bachelor’s degree; in Business, Hospitality, Real Estate Development, or another related field. Master’s or JD preferred.
The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of broad experience, including acquisitions, development/construction, and asset management.
Strong business and financial acumen, an understanding of P&L and metrics associated with real estate development and asset management.
Successful track records of partnering to meet goals in a team environment. Superior analytical and strategic skills with a high capacity for managing complexity.
Proven leadership can identify, lead, and motivate a team and develop individual talent within the group. Experience with lifestyle-oriented hospitality brands helpful. Market Salary.
