General Job Description:
Oversee new construction purchasing projects as well as renovations.
Seeking out new vendors and manufacturers.
Reduce Costs and Expenses. Working with Operations to improve the bid list and process.
Manage the purchasing, pre-construction, and construction of properties. Work with Operations for plan review, value engineering, and budgeting process.
Review and approve bid spreads and scopes of work for completeness and conformance to the project plans and specifications.
Coordinate with teams in other departments for review and approval of all change orders.
Oversee the Operations construction draw process, plan review, value engineering, budgeting process, and payments.
Proactively communicate with company executives.
