General Job Description:
Managing trade contractor and vendor relations, working with Field Teams, and the ability to understand unit costing and quantity estimating of construction materials.
Assist in managing employees. Constantly strive to reduce costs and improve quality and product.
Knowledge of MS Access, Yardi, PlanGrid, and Building Connected is helpful.
One year of field experience in Construction or Customer Service is preferred.
5 years of experience in construction/purchasing experience and negotiating with vendors.
Knowledge of all phases of Construction.
Work in an office with some travel to construction sites and trade shows as needed.
