6326 Project Manager – Orlando, FL, US

Responsible for the success, timeliness, and quality completion of 300 unit wrap construction projects by leading the team and ensuring that all construction operations are conducted safely while maintaining quality standards on the project. Oversee and manage all field operations of the project.

General Job Description:

Provide the leadership, motivation, and enthusiasm necessary to create a safe/cooperative/productive environment.

Read and know the details of each Subcontract/Purchase Order/Change Order. Monitor the work of subordinates to ensure they are performing their work to your satisfaction and in the best interest of the company.

Maintain good working relationships with field staff and subs. Maintain an understanding of local codes and regulations.

Consistently promote safety on the project site. Manage 3rd party consultant inspections.

Gain a comprehensive knowledge of plans/specs for the project. Prepare/update the master construction schedule. Prepare/monitor short-term schedules.

Coordinate job schedule/progress with subs and suppliers.

Organize/conduct subcontractor preconstruction meetings. Assure that mock-ups, brick panels, precast and other samples are prepared and approved in a timely manner.

Review/approve subcontractor pay applications.

Review/maintain project site files for subcontractor submittals and product samples.

Ensure safe Jobsite. Ensure “move-in ready” turns per turn policy.

Plan ahead with three weeks look ahead with input from subs.
