General Superintendent – Multifamily Construction Chicago, IL | Regional Travel Required

We are seeking an experienced General Superintendent to oversee multiple multifamily projects and lead a team of Superintendents across active job sites.

This role is responsible for driving field execution, safety, quality, and schedule performance across podium wrap (Type III over Type I) and garden-style walk-up projects.

The ideal candidate has proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and developing strong field teams.

What you’ll do –

Oversee multiple multifamily projects from start to finish. Lead, mentor, and manage

Superintendents across job sites. Ensure safety, quality control, and schedule adherence.

Partner with Project Management to resolve field challenges.

Travel throughout the Midwest and periodically to West Coast projects.

Must Haves –

10+ years of multifamily construction experience.

Strong background in podium and garden-style builds.

Experience managing multiple Superintendents and projects. Willingness to travel as needed.
