Civil Superintendent – Multifamily Construction, Greater Phoenix AZ

Lead ground-up multifamily construction projects from site development through final completion meeting quality standards, safety protocols, and aggressive timelines while maintaining budget compliance.

What you’ll do-

Site Management – Schedule Adherence – Quality Control – Safety Leadership – Stakeholder Coordination – Budget Oversight – Team Supervision – Document Control – Problem Resolution

Must Haves –

BS in Construction Management/Civil Engineering or equivalent experience 5-10 years supervising land development tasks for homebuilding and multifamily projects ($20M-$100M+).

Proficient in Procore, Primavera P6, or equivalent construction software.

Advanced knowledge of SWPPP, building codes, and civil engineering standards. Ability to interpret civil site plans and MEP coordination drawings.

Certifications: OSHA 30-Hour, First Aid/CPR, SWPPP Manager (preferred).

**This role requires 100% jobsite presence with occasional travel for project meetings
