6344 General Manager – Inland Empire, CA

Join the management team. This role will utilize Sales, Operations, and Financial experience to continue the growth of the company. This role will be a strategic partner to the CEO

Maximizes return on Company assets by establishing policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems.

Guides financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.

Builds Sales Team for new market penetration.

Prepares operating budgets by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data; recommending plans.

Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, and following up on work results.

Drives operational performance across the

Company including project management and meeting customer expectations – on-time delivery, quality products, and schedule maximization.

Manages Sales, Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Finance,

Qualifications –

Manufacturing company experience – industrial preferred.

Managing processes including Sales, Operations, and Finance. Computer software – DBA or similar ERP system and excel.

Tracking budget and forecast expenses.

Project Management. Performance management – KPI reporting.

Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering. Minimum 5-10 years experience in general management.

Experience with industrial manufacturing.
