Draft and prepare correspondence and reports, open and sort mail and packages, maintain files, basic bookkeeping including invoice processing, verifying invoices for accuracy, and ensuring proper approval is done, printing and mailing checks.
Basic Accounting-including month-end close. Bank reconciliation and treasury.
Reconciliation of Intercompany balances and processing. Basic HR function and onboarding.
Processing Construction Liens and releases.
Ideal candidates will have a degree in a related field (accounting, business, or finance) excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, are dependable, experienced, and professional.
