General Job Description:
Reports to the Executive Team works closely w/ Superintendents & Assist. PM’s to ensure the project exceeds all scheduling, quality, and cost parameters.
BS w/ a concentration in Building Science or Engineering is preferred. 10-15+ years experience in all phases & types of multi-family construction.
Project Planning for all aspects of large, complicated multi-family projects in various stages of design development & construction.
Cost Control & Project Administration. Skills –
MS Office & MS Project software w/ expertise in Microsoft Excel, Project, PowerPoint, & Word. Experience with Procore, Textura, Docusign, & Box.com is beneficial.
Exceptional organizational skills. Strong financial analysis & cost control skills. Must possess superior analytical, quantitative, problem solving, writing/communication skills.
Ensure working relationship w/ Property Mgmt & address all of their concerns & issues promptly.
Develop relations w/ building officials & regulatory agencies.
Be a positive role model & mentor to team members.
