General Job Description:
Strong construction background in adaptive reuse projects & office Tenant buildout.
Understand Tenant Requirements, budget, schedule & manage contractors & vendors.
Update/Manage Cost Report. Coordinate w, Property, Asset Mgmt & Leasing. Budget & schedule, Growth in Rentable area & fit & finish.
Coordinate w/ municipal utilities. Prepare preliminary estimates of core & shell projects & tenant space plans.
Interact w/ Leasing team providing deliverables – plans, Landlord Work letters & schedule.
Engage GC & manage timely flow of info.
Review/approve payment applications from contractors/vendors. Manage project documents including discretionary & non-discretionary approvals, agency releases/declarations/determinations, easements, covenants, tract maps, construction documents, A/E design & engineering plans & specifications, contracts/change orders, closeout documentation including Tenant delivery & transfer to Property Mgmt Team.
10+ years of experience in development, architecture &/or construction w/ demonstrated knowledge of real estate development & construction.
Knowledge of Office Suite, blue beam, scheduling software & Yardi is ideal.
