Civil Project Manager – Multifamily Construction, Greater Phoenix Area

We’re looking for an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead civil scopes for multifamily construction and land development projects. This role oversees site development, utilities, stormwater, roadways, permitting, budgets, schedules, and coordination with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and ownership.

What you’ll do –

Manage civil project planning, schedules, budgets, and cost controls.

Oversee site preparation, grading, utilities, drainage, roadways, and infrastructure installation.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, municipalities, and ownership.

Support permitting, code compliance, quality control, safety standards, and project documentation.

Identify risks, resolve issues, and keep projects moving on time and within budget.

Must Haves – 

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. 10+ years of civil project management experience, with strong experience in multifamily or land development preferred.

Knowledge of site development, utilities, stormwater, infrastructure, permitting, and civil construction methods.

Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Procore, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

A PE license is a plus.
