Senior Acquisitions Manager – Affordable Multifamily — Los Angeles, CA

Our client, a growing modular multifamily affordable developer and design-builder, is seeking a Senior Acquisitions Manager to lead property and portfolio acquisitions from sourcing through closing.

$145,000–$155,000 base + bonus + benefits + company equity

What you’ll do:

Drive acquisition strategy, source opportunities, lead underwriting and due diligence, and negotiate transactions.

Build relationships with brokers, owners, lenders, and joint-venture partners.

Present investment opportunities to senior leadership, manage analysts and associates, and coordinate with development, capital markets, and legal teams.

Must-haves –

• 7+ years in real estate acquisitions, investments, or development.

• Proven success sourcing, structuring, and closing high-value transactions.

• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence skills.

• Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities, plus experience leading teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
